16+ Policy Active

By posting on Felcin, you confirm your content is suitable for users aged 16 and above and follows these standards.

Allowed

  • Original photos and videos you own or have rights to share.
  • Creative edits, lifestyle clips, tutorials, and entertainment.
  • Constructive comments and respectful interactions.
  • Stories, Reels, and short video content (up to 1min).
  • Media-rich comments and DM conversations.

Not Allowed

  • Sexually explicit content or nudity beyond 16+ appropriateness.
  • Violence, threats, harassment, hate speech, or bullying.
  • Illegal content, scams, impersonation, and stolen media.
  • Spam, excessive self-promotion, or bot activity.
  • Unsolicited DMs to minors or personal data sharing.

Private Messaging Policy

  • Messages can include photos and videos (max 25MB).
  • Recipients can block or report inappropriate messages.
  • Do not share personal data, links, or financial info unprompted.
  • Messages between adults and minors are monitored.
  • Harassment via DM is treated same as public violations.

Comments & Engagement

  • Comments can now include photos and short videos.
  • Respectful debate is encouraged; personal attacks are not.
  • Spam or off-topic comments may be removed by creators.
  • Mass commenting (spam) violates terms.
  • Report abusive comments using the flag icon.

Stories & Short Videos

  • Stories auto-delete after 24 hours.
  • Reels must be under 1 minute for performance.
  • Comments on stories are only visible to the creator.
  • Story replies via DM follow messaging policies.
  • Sensitive stories can be restricted to followers only.

Creator Responsibility

  • Add accurate captions and avoid misleading edits.
  • Confirm each upload is suitable for 16+ audience.
  • Follow local copyright, privacy, and advertising laws.
  • Use content warnings for sensitive or dark themes.
  • Respond professionally to legitimate concerns.

Privacy and Safety

  • Respect private profiles and consent before sharing personal data.
  • Use report tools for abusive or policy-violating content.
  • Repeated violations can result in content removal or account ban.
  • We do not sell your data; privacy is prioritized.
  • Age verification may be required for sensitive content access.
